    This short play is a play on Shakespeare and a look at Kosher cooking. If we are able to laugh at ourselves while looking at Shakespeare as a device I feel that this short piece might resonate with being Jewish and the amazing elements of Kosher food!

    Hamletstein has learned that his uncle has poisoned his father with undercooked brisket during Passover in order to take over the elder Hamletstein’s deli. He seeks revenge and his rightful place as the head cook of his father’s deli until he discovers a change of heart.
